Refund policy

We have a 30-day policy to request a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange your item must be:

• returned within 30 days of purchase with your receipt
• in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging.

If an item is faulty the Uniform Shop will provide an exchange or refund.
